Dr. Jeff W. Bernstein (President and CEO): A consulting psychologist who began his career as a police officer, and also worked as a detective and sergeant with the City of Miami Beach Police Department. Dr Bernstein is widely recognized as the top expert in law enforcement promotional test preparation. He earned a Doctorate in Psychology and is a published author of the best-selling textbook, Supervision of Police Personnel.
