Our CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cannot take the online course after you have registered, we will issue you a refund minus a non-refundable administrative processing fee of $150, provided you contact us 7 days before the class OR you have not logged into the online learning platform. There will be absolutely NO REFUND if you contact us after you have logged into the online learning platform.
We do not accept cash, only Money orders, Cashier’s Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Amex.

By accessing the Bernstein online learning platform, you agree to the following:
- I will not copy, share, sell, or distribute any Bernstein Test Prep preparation materials I receive.
- I will not allow anyone to use my password to access the Bernstein Online Student Center.
- I will not discuss Bernstein's test-taking strategies with non-Bernstein students.
- Electronic recording of any part of the Bernstein training program is not allowed/permitted.
I understand and agree that if I violate any of the above Bernstein Test Prep student rules:
- I may be subject to a civil and criminal penalty for copyright violation.
- I will not be allowed to attend any Bernstein Test Prep classes in the future, such as promotional exam training
NO ELECTRONIC RECORDING POLICY
Bernstein & Associates, Inc. does not permit the electronic recording of any part of our training programs (audio, video, etc.). All materials presented in our training sessions are protected under United States copyright laws. This ensures that our students retain their competitive edge.
In a recent training session, even after being advised that recording was prohibited, one student attempted to secretly record our training. Bernstein & Associates, Inc. will PROSECUTE anyone who illegally records any of our training sessions. This incident has necessitated the development of this written policy prohibiting all electronic recording of our training programs as well as online security enhancements that detect account and password sharing.
Students are advised that it is illegal to electronically record Bernstein & Associates, Inc. training sessions. Violators will be prosecuted under both criminal and civil statutes.
Bernstein & Associates, Inc. requires all students attending our training programs to acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy.
Agreement to this policy is a requirement for attending this training program. You won't be able to complete this registration if you fail to agree to this policy.

There will be absolutely NO REFUND if you contact us within 30 days from the start date of the seminar that you originally registered for.
If you cannot attend a particular session, you may substitute it with another at your convenience. We do not accept cash, only Money orders, Cashier’s Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, or personal checks if paid 30 days prior to the class date.
