RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns will only be accepted if both books are returned in the same condition in which they were received.
To request a return, you must contact Bernstein & Associates, Inc. within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and include both books from the original bundle.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the wrong item was shipped or the product arrived damaged.
Refunds will not be issued for books that are used, damaged, written in, highlighted, missing pages, or returned incomplete.
