2025 One-Day New Jersey Legal Update
Bernstein & Associates will be having a One-Day Legal Update/Refresher class on April 16th in North Jersey, and on April 29th in South Jersey. This update class will provide a deep dive into the foundational legal principles that shape contemporary law enforcement.
Any prior or current Bernstein police promotional student may attend our One-Day Legal Update class at no charge! This same One-Day Legal Update class will be given in North and South Jersey.
If you are registered for our comprehensive review course and cannot attend this one-day legal update, don’t worry. Everything will be covered in the comprehensive review course.
Candidates who attend will:
- Receive refresher training on stop & frisk, search & seizure, interviews, confessions, and miranda.
- Learn about recent developments in the law.
- Be given a review of frequently tested legal areas.
- See which legal areas were recently changed.
- Learn how to apply legal knowledge to street situations.
- Understand how the law is tested on promotional exams.
